The application of BIG DATA technologies in precision cancer medicine
Project Description
Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide. The recent progress in high-throughput experimentation and big data technologies have provided a novel opportunity to address this project in silicon. This project aims to mine genomic and clinic data from a large number of cancer patients. More information can be found at http://wang-lab.ust.hk/index.html.
