Charge generation and carrier diffusion in organic solar cells
Project Description

To study the photo-generated carrier dynamics and carrier diffusion length in organic solar cells. Time-resolved photoluminescence and femtosecond pump-probe technique will be used to investigate the carrier diffusion, transport and recombination dynamics in organic solar cell materials. Photo-CELIV will also be used to measure the carrier mobility in real organic solar cells
