Project Description

To improve a 2D scanning system to image luminescence from a surface with micron resolution developed by a previous UROP project student. Detail calibration and imaging improvement will be needed.

Applicant's Roles

Help to write software to improve the scanning mirror and data acquisition system. Competent in computer interface and programming (Labview) is expected. Acquiring imaging from luminescence, Raman or second harmonic generation is also expected

Hardware interface and practical programing skill. Learn optics and imaging analysis.
