Project Description

Develop new function food or drinks with special function. For example, ground dried rapana top shell (rapana venosa) meat can be added to increase the protein level , and extracts from plants like Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Lavander, Rose (rosa damascena) can be added as prebiotics.
