Evaluation of Food Waste Management Policies - A Case of Academic Institution in Hong Kong
Project Description

This study starts with the identification of all the food waste-related policies in the context of academic institutions. A structured questionnaire survey will be carried out from different groups of food consumers, food planners, and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of such policies and identify any challenges associated with the policy implementation. Based on the evaluation, recommendations and suggestions would be provided to ensure the effective implementation of such policies.
