Project Description

Molecular motors transport organelles in living cells. The defects of molecular motors cause many health problem such as deafness and cancer. However, dynamic mechanisms of molecular motors is poorly understood yet. We are measuring the inter motor domain distance of motor proteins which may elucidate the dynamic mechanisms of motor proteins.
