Project Description
The project involved fabrication and assembly of pulsed-electric field device and field test of the device at selected sites in the University and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The student will be required to carry out safety training prior to the start of the work.

Applicant's Roles
The student will participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of the PEF-device, their installation at the site, site monitoring and field sampling, laboratory microbial culture and enumeration.

1. to participate in technology translation to practice;
2. to employ basic engineering skill in design and construction of technical devices;
3. to learn basic skills required in field test research.
