Rational design of magnetic devices using micromagnetic simulations
Project Description

The integration of electronic circuit and emerging non-volatile memory based on magnetic materials is promising for ultrafast, low-power, and data-intensive applications. The design of functional magnetic devices and systems relies on micromagnetic simulations. The objective of this project is developing a series of micromagnetic simulation toolboxs for rational design of these magnetic devices.

The student is expected to work with graduate students or independently to perform micromagnetic simulations, analyze simulation results and participate in meetings and discussions.
