Project Description

With the introduction of Real-time, Ray-tracing Accelerator from the major GPU manufacturer, computer graphics and real-time volumetric rendering are capable of visualizing large scale, three-dimensional (3D) data sets. The application includes video rendering, computerized tomography(CT), astronomy, computational physics or chemistry, fluid dynamics, seismology, weather/climate research, environmental research, non-destructive testing, etc.
