A Study on Amazon Aggregators
Project Description
Private Equity (PE) firms create value by acquiring underperforming firms, enhance their fundamentals, and selling them to others. Recently, there is a rise of new PE firms, "Amazon Aggregators", specializing in acquiring third-party sellers on Amazon. It is unclear how they create value in this digital space. This project aims to examine their business models by using big data and analytic techniques.
