Time series observation of microbial community dynamics in Port Shelter
Project Description
We are taking water samples every week from the peer to monitor the seasonal, annual and decadal change in microbial community dynamics in the seawater. We will link the variations and long-term trend to environmental parameters of both natural variability and human impact.
