Understanding Human Behaviour in the Workplace

Project Description:My research examines the psychology of human behaviour in workplace settings, answering questions such as: How do we keep employees motivated and engaged at work? Who makes a good leader? How can businesses be more ethical? I answer these research studies through a combination of survey studies and psychology experiments. UROP students will have a chance to work with and learn from my research collaborators at the University of Michigan, Wharton School of Business, INSEAD Business School, University of Virginia, and London School of Economics.
