Project Description:This project examines people's perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors in social settings. We are especially interested in looking at what people perceive to be fair and just in a diverse setting, and how people respond to perceived unfairness when they encounter such situation.

Applicant's Roles:Facilitate the research process on various aspects, including literature review, research design, and data collection.  
Applicant's Learning Objectives:Enhance students’ analytic skills and critic thinking ability. Equip students with knowledge about research work. Provide students with hands on research experiences. Expand knowledge in the field of organizational behavior and social psychology.
