Project Description:This project examines social psychological factors (e.g., personal value, ideology, reasoning processes) that contributes to attitude toward sustainability issues, and their behavioral implications

Applicant's Roles:Facilitate the research process on various aspects, including literature review, research design, and data collection. Potentially involve in data analysis and write up empirical paper for journal submission at later stages. 
Applicant's Learning Objectives:Enhance students’ analytic skills and critic thinking ability. Equip students with knowledge about research work. Provide students with hands on research experiences. Expand knowledge in the field of organizational behavior, and social and environmental psychology.
