Engineering Design in the Stochastic Distributed Setting

Project Description:The objective of this project is to test algorithms for the study of design in a distributed setting with focus on aerospace systems. Such a setting is typical of highly complex systems, such as those found in the aerospace or sustainable energy industries. The student will be asked to apply the algorithms developed by the instructor for a few test problems that are found in the specialized literature.

Applicant's Roles:The student ‘s task will involve developing Matlab code for the study of 2 and 3 designer engineering problems. The student will test the algorithms developed by the instructor to those problems.
