Project Description:Employing in vitro and in vivo molecular pharmacology approaches to study active constituents of Chinese herbal medicine and their chemical derivatives

Applicant's Roles:The Applicant will work closely with a small team of researchers including post-graduate students and provide assistance in lab routines and experiments such as in vitro receptor binding assay and in vivo animal behavior studies. 
Applicant's Learning Objectives:Through participating in the project, the Applicant will gain first-hand experience with and direct insight into the scientific endeavor towards modernization of Chinese medicine.
