Project Description:The goal of this project is to elucidate the role of non-coding RNAs in regulating muscle stem cell quiescence.
Course type: UROP1100 UROP2100  
Applicant's Roles:The applicant will be expected to work with animal model (mouse) and perform various molecular and cell biology techniques in the laboratory. 
Applicant's Learning Objectives:Through journal discussion and active participation in the laboratory, the applicant will learn how to design and perform experiments appropriately. The applicant will be expected to have an improvement on skills such as critical thinking upon completion of this project.
