Develop 2D luminescence Imaging system

Project Description:To improve a 2D scanning system to image luminescence from a surface with micron resolution developed by a previous UROP project student. Detail calibration and imaging improvement will be needed.
Course type: UROP1100 UROP2100 UROP3100  
Applicant's Roles:Help to write software to improve the scanning mirror and data acquisition system. Competent in computer interface and programming (Labview) is expected. Acquiring imaging from luminescence, Raman or second harmonic generation is also expected 
Applicant's Learning Objectives:Hardware interface and practical programing skill. Learn optics and imaging analysis.
