Applicant's Roles
Preparing reagent reagents and helping with cell culture and biochemical experiments. Eight weeks of full time (40 hours per week) in the summer and 10-15 hours per week of working in the lab during the Fall and Spring semesters are expected. Year 2 and Year 3 LIFS students are welcome to apply. Year 1 Science students with intention to choose LIFS major may be considered.
Applicant's Learning Objectives
Basic knowledge and general health and chronic metabolic decease mechanisms, experimental skills in cell culture and biochemical experiments.
