Perceptions of AI in Organizations
Project Description
In this research, we will explore the factors which influence trust and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) within organizations. We will conduct field studies and experiments to understand both the factors which make individuals resistant to the use of AI, as well as interventions which can increase the adoption of AI.

Applicant's Roles
The applicant will be expect to help with:

1. Data collection:
- Cleaning datasets for analysis.
- Coding qualitative data.
- Helping with running studies in the field and in the lab.

2. Manuscript preparation:
- Conducting literature reviews.
- Making sure that manuscripts comply with journal formatting (e.g., AMJ, APA).
- Proof reading manuscripts before submission to a journal.
Applicant's Learning Objectives
Through this experience, the applicant will gain deeper insight into Organizational Behavior and Social Psychology research. More specifically, the candidate will help conduct research at various stages of development.
