Project Description:This project examines human decision making and strategic behavior in social systems, with a (non-exclusive) focus on understanding how good or bad people are at influencing other people in desired directions, and/or the performance of social systems such as dyads, groups/teams, and organizations.

Applicant's Learning Objectives:Learn about using experimental and empirical research to understand and analyze human behavior; Learn, integrate, and apply basic theoretical concepts from the behavioral sciences (e.g., social and cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, organizational behavior, and negotiation).
