Project Description:
Characterization of proteins and DNA sequences involved in and/or regulate the initiation of DNA replication in human cells. The project involves biochemical, cellular biology and molecular biology techniques.

Applicant's Roles:
Preparation of reagents and growth media and participation of experiments under the direct supervision of a PG student or research staff. Year 2 and Year 3 LIFS UG students are welcome to apply; Year 1 Science students with intention to choose LIFS majors may be considered. At least 10 hours per week of working in the lab are expected.
